We preview your property and provide an oral or written consultation if you wish to prepare your own home for sale. This is a room-by-room detailed report, giving our recommendations on how you can achieve the best results.
We Stage your home by using your existing furniture and accessories. We will de-clutter, removing excess pieces. We will edit the furniture, rearranging it as needed. We will make color selections if changes are needed. In some cases, we may bring in additional items that we purchase for you. We also can arrange for painting, wallpaper removal, carpet cleaning or other services to properly prepare the home for sale. The exterior of the home should be Staged as well. We will work with you on landscaping issues and the general condition of the outside of the house.
We Stage the property by bringing in upscale furniture and accessories. These can be rented from our extensive inventory, housed in our climate-controlled warehouse. Our furnishings are in new condition and never purchased second-hand. They are for display purposes only. We properly place all items to maximize the space, accentuate the architectural details and help the buyer to understand the purpose of each room. We also can Stage your property with furniture that we purchase for you with your funds. These items are yours and can be offered in the sale of the property.
Our consultation fee is $75 per hour and is based on the size of the home and the number of rooms being Staged.
Our fee for hands-on Staging is also $75 per hour per Stager, plus an additional amount for rental or purchase of furniture and accessories. A Staging can range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, depending on the scope of the work. Rental costs for furniture and accessories can run from $250 to $2500 per month depending on the size of the home and number of rooms being Staged. We try to work within the seller?s budget, so we are always willing to revise the Staging plan if money is an issue. Usually the seller pays for our services. However, in some cases the listing agent may include our services as part of the marketing plan.
