Margie Ogle is the founder and owner of Staged Homes of Naples. She started the company in 2006, and it has grown exponentially since then. It has become the premier Home Staging company in the area. Margie is a trained Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). She was a founding member of the local chapter of IAHSP. She is the past president of the Naples IAHSP Regional Chapter. Margie has been a licensed Realtor for over 39 years, first in Kansas and Missouri, and in Florida since 1994.
She had been active in residential sales, leasing and property management. Her experience in Kansas included owning and operating the largest residential property management company of its kind in the Kansas City metropolitan area. This experience proved to be her introduction to staging, as rental properties needed to be re-habbed and prepared for occupancy.
Margie is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Saint Mary’s College and The University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Upon graduating with a degree in Education, she moved to Kansas City. After teaching for a few years in the Catholic school system, her career changed to real estate.
High ethical standards have always been Margie’s trademark. She abides by the Realtor Code of Ethics as well as the Accredited Staging Professionals Code of Ethics.
