Margie Ogle is the founder and owner of Staged Homes of Naples. In early 2006 the real estate market in Southwest Florida had taken a downturn. There were many properties for sale with very few takers. Competition was stiff. It was at that time that Margie saw a real need for Staging homes. In this way her clients’ homes could be prepared for sale in such a manner as to outshine the competition and bring a faster sale.
Margie is a trained Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®). She is a founding member of the local chapter of IAHSP. She is currently the president of the Naples IAHSP Regional Chapter.
Margie has been a Realtor for over 29 years, first in Kansas and Missouri, and in Florida since 1994. She has been active in residential sales, leasing and property management. Her experience in Kansas included owning and operating the largest residential property management company of its kind in the Kansas City metropolitan area. This experience proved to be her introduction to Staging, as rental properties need to be re-habbed and prepared for occupancy.
Margie is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Saint Mary’s College and The University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Upon graduating with a degree in Education, she moved to Kansas City. After teaching for a few years in the Catholic school system, her career moved to real estate.
